    GED is a standardized test for people who can’t complete a traditional high school program. If you pass the GED exam, the GED Testing Service will give you a certificate equivalent to a high school diploma. The GED test measures the skills of test takers in four sections: Reasoning Through Language Arts, Social Studies, Mathematical Reasoning, and Science.
